I have Royal View Windows change all my windows and doors on my very old home recently. They did a fantastic job, and dealt really well with some unusually shaped bay-style windows, joining each component of a new set of bay windows seamlessly to match the previous design that probably dates back to the 1940s. I was also thrilled with how they integrated a door into a very old frame, also of an usual bay-style, and build a new trim layer around it that integrates into the old one. When I bought my home last year, I loved that there were a lot of windows to let the natural light in but I also knew the windows were original to the place (>25 years). The windows were drafty, barely functional and had definitely reached the end of their usefulness.Since I was looking at replacing my windows all at once, I spent a great deal of time online researching window companies and getting quotes. I would encourage anyone wanting to replace even one window to consider Alex and his team at Royal View Windows and Exteriors! We ended up doing some extensive renos throughout the house this summer and fall and thought we might as well consider windows. We had a few different vendors come though the house and provide quotes. We chose Alex based on my wife’s coworker’s recommendation. I always take those with a grain of salt but other things impressed me; Alex is soft spoken and very professional and the only vendor that didn’t talk down his competition. He also discouraged me from needlessly spending money I didn’t need to by making very sensible recommendations. The work is superb, his crew is very polite and consideration and they left the place clean each day and no debris left anywhere! Like I said, even if it is one window call Royal View Windows!

They were fast (done in 2 days!), clean (vacuumed when done), and knowledgeable. One of the windows had a manufacturing defect and before we could report it, RVW contacted us to let us know that they discovered the defect and a replacement window had already been ordered! Thanks for Alex to replace all our windows in a quick response. The windows are solid and nice. The installers are professional. My friend warned me that replacing windows may lead to a dustic and may damage your carpet. That didn’t happen to me when RVW replaced all our 23 windows.
